Oh man, this is terrible when I got sick. I’m down to flu again! :(
Before it got worse, it is better to take some medicine 1st.
3 out of 6 in my family got sick (include me).
Weather got change, suddenly rain, suddenly sunny. See la this is how I got sick :(
But every day I also got eat fruit one (padahal pineapple only =.=)
Hahaha, pineapple also not bad ma, right?! :)
Yer, but how come I still will get flu one? Hmm, maybe my immune system is weak and not strong enough to prevent disease! Argh, too much virus and bacteria come and attack me until fruit also cannot tahan, lol.
Now my mum had bought a bottle of vitamin C for us to consume. How lovely is that!
Vitamin C is kids favourite! Because it taste like orange candy :D No need to ask them, they will eat their own. My lil sis is an example la! (whenever she eat, she will offer me one too, hah!)
But no matter how much u like it, vitamin C only can eat once a day and not at NIGHT! High dose can lead to stomach upset and diarrhea. Pharmacist suggests that it is better to eat during day light. Conclusion, eat too much or too less also not good la! :)
Oh oh, taking vitamin C can reduce dark spots and freckles! :DD
Haha, so people! who wanna have fair-skinned must eat foods rich in vitamin C like;
Cauliflower, yummiie!

Grape juice (i think you can subsitute it with ribena, haha)
Tomato
It can be said that in all vegetables and fruits. Want to get healthy skin eat more vege and fruit lar!
Pimple also can cure ok!
Tata, gotta go eat vitamin C to get fair-skinned :DD
